Members present were Frank Burt, Jr., David E. Bishop, Wayne A. Gruenloh, and Albert Lipscomb, Chairman.

Also present were Locke W. Williams, Clerk/Treasurer and J. Scott Barnett, Chief Counsel.

The Chairman asked if the Commission wanted to discuss or remove any items from the Consent Agenda?

There being no requests to discuss or remove any other items from the Consent Agenda, it was MOTIONED BY COMMISSIONER BISHOP, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER BURT, TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS FOLLOWS

AUTHORIZED THE PLACEMENT OF ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 2006-07, INTO THE MINUTES OF THE MARCH 2, 2006 BALDWIN COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING AS FOLLOWS: ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 2006-07
