Members present were Frank Burt, Jr., David E. Bishop, Wayne A. Gruenloh, and Albert Lipscomb, Chairman.

Also present were Locke W. Williams, Clerk/Treasurer and J. Scott Barnett, Chief Counsel.

Commissioner Bishop informed the public that a meeting will be held by the Alabama Department of Transportation at the Daphne High School on May 11, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. to discuss the Highway 13 interchange.
