MOTION BY Mrs. Barnette to waive the reading of Resolutions 2007-02. Seconded by Ms. Landry.
Mr. Palumbo asked that the Resolution be read.
Mrs. Barnette withdrew her motion.
Ms. Landry withdrew her second.

Mrs. Barnette asked that Mr. Cohen read Resolution 2007-02.
The City Clerk read Resolution 2007-02

MOTION BY Mrs. Barnette to adopt Resolution 2007-02. Seconded by Ms. Landry.

Council discussed the Resolution at length.

Mr. Yelding called for the question.
