Members present were Frank Burt, Jr., David E. Bishop, Charles F. Gruber and Wayne A. Gruenloh, Chairman.

Also present were Michael L. Thompson, County Administrator and J. Scott Barnett, Chief Counsel.

(N) - COMMISSIONERS COMMENTS

Commissioner Burt said the project is progressing on County Road 13 and if everything goes well with Auburn University, the County can move forward. It will still take a considerable amount of time before the interchange will be in place. It has been over 10 years since the project to connect all of County Road 13 started. For several years, the Cities of Daphne and Spanish Fort and the County have worked together for this interchange. It will be a benefit to all citizens of the County. Commissioner Burt hopes an agreement can be reached during the meeting held on October 18th and brought back to the Commission for approval.
