BALDWIN COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING BAY MINETTE, ALABAMA

Members present were David E. Bishop, Charles F. Gruber, Wayne A. Gruenloh, and Frank Burt, Jr., Chairman.

Also present were Michael L. Thompson, County Administrator and J. Scott Barnett, Chief Counsel

(E) - CONSENT AGENDA

The Chairman asked if the Commission wanted to discuss or remove any items from the Consent Agenda?

County Administrator Thompson informed the Commission that there is a replacement item for Consent Agenda Item E1 – Recording the Results of the Special County Bond and Tax Election and E10 – Recycling of Municipal Solid Waste at Magnolia Landfill.

Commissioner Gruenloh asked that Consent Agenda Item E21 – Personnel – Revenue Commission be pulled from the Consent Agenda.

Chairman Burt asked that Consent Agenda Item E1 – Recording the Results of the Special County Bond and Tax Election be pulled from the Consent Agenda.

There being no other requests to discuss or remove any items from the Consent Agenda, it was MOTIONED BY COMMISSIONER BISHOP, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER GRUBER TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS FOLLOWS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEM E1 AND E21:

(E19 )- RESOLUTION #2008-122

APPROVED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION #2008-122, WHICH COVERS CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE I-10 INTERCHANGE AT COUNTY ROAD 13 WITH A CONNECTOR TO US HIGHWAY 90 AND ADDITIONAL LANES ON US HIGHWAY 90 AND COUNTY ROAD 13 SOUTH OF US HIGHWAY 90:

UNANIMOUS.
