MR. CAL MARKERT: ... The County Road 13 interchange and the service road, we've just got our environmental document approved last week. So we can finish up those plans. And then hopefully the State will start getting the right-of-way for the interchange and we can get the right-of-way for the service road and finish up our plans. If somehow we get the stimulus money, we'd have to back up our plans, submit them to the State, let them go through all their bureaus for checks and reviews. And that would probably add about a year, eight to twelve to fourteen months, to that project timeline. So right now we submitted that project, and we haven't been told no. So right now we're not -- We're just sticking with our plan. There has been some talk about the hospital on that project. They may not be able to make any announcements. The economy has gotten so bad. But I don't know the status of that. And I know the State is working to try to get their interchange let probably within this year to early 2010.
COMMISSIONER WAYNE GRUENLOH: Okay
