Very Important Meeting

Monday April 19th.  6.30pm  Daphne City Council Chambers (near Guidos)

It is vital we get a massive turn out of support for this meeting; Daphne City Council will be voting to withdraw their support of the proposed service road.

The following email was received by TimberCreek residents:

TimberCreek residents:

We are in the eleventh hour of an attempt to stop construction of the North I-10 Service Road.  I have been working with our POA, community leaders, and other elected officials to protect the integrity of TimberCreek.  We now need your help.

There are two crucial meetings scheduled for early next week which will ultimately determine whether the road gets built or not.  We need an extremely large turnout for a show of support from the residents.

MONDAY Aprl 19, 6:30 PM Daphne City Council chambers at city hall.  The council will vote yay or nay on a resolution to withdraw support for the service road.

TUESDAY April 20  8:30AM  County Commission Chambers in Bay Minette.  The Commission will vote yay or nay on advertising for construction bids.

These are not "informatonal" meetings. The council and commission will vote at these meetings on the future of TmberCreek.

You have asked us to present opposition to ths road and we have been diligent.  This is now your opportunity, if not obligation, to do your part in saving the integrity of TimberCreek, and all you have to do is show up!  Please make the effort.  Married couples are urged for both to attend. Families - hire baby sitters. Whatever it takes, if you care about protecting your property values and preserving TimberCreek as we know it, please be there and arrive early if you want a seat.

Regards,

Gus
