The War Isn't Quite Over...
Although we have had two magnificent victories we must finish the job and ensure that this never happens again.
We need to attend the Daphne Planning Commission meeting on Thursday April 22nd, 6pm at Daphne City Hall to ensure that the sub-division of Magnolia 9 is not allowed to proceed. Even if this only means the developers get a $400 fine it is a clear message to everyone that people doing their civic duty can not be railroaded by the money men.
I'm not sure if there will be a public hearing or not but I hope to present a petition to the Planning Commission

Also, please go on Twitter or find it on this site, but PLEASE sign the online petition, especially if you are unable to attend tonight's meeting. Try to get everyone you know - even outside of Daphne - to sign online petition. Simple and fast....THANKS!
